Walnut Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Small, light, delicious, filling pancakes.

SERVES 7 , 14 pancakes (change servings and units)

    Stir honey and oil together in a bowl.

    Add milk & eggs.

    Beat well.
  4. 4
    Add rest of ingredients.
  5. 5
    Melt butter in large skillet.
  6. 6
    Add batter, about one heaping tablespoon for each pancake.
  7. 7
    Cook until browned on both sides, turning once. Because they rise so much, you can’t use the normal gage of bubbles on the top to determine when to turn them.
