Ingredients
- 8 ounces penne pasta or other penne pasta
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes (I use the Italian flavored ones usually, but can vary on what you like)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain & keep warm.2
Cook tomatoes over med-high heat in skillet until thickened, about 5 minute.3
Reduce heat; add basil and cream. Heat through. DO NOT BOIL.4
Toss with pasta and most of cheese.5
Sprinkle with remaining cheese on top and serve immediately.
