Cunnetto's Salad

Cunnetto's is an Italian restaurant in St Louis on The Hill. It's an excellent place to dine and if you ever have the chance to go there...do so!
SERVES 4
Ingredients
Salad
- 3/4 lb leaves spinach
- 3/4 lb red leaf lettuce
- 1/4 cup pimentos, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- crouton, homemade if possible
Dressing
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- garlic powder
- pepper, to taste
Directions

Toss all salad ingredients together.2
Chill for 1/2 an hour.3
Mix dressing and pour over salad at time of serving.
