Easy. Yummy. Hint: Go ahead and cover with foil for all or at least half of the baking time. The potatoes tend to dry out easily if you don't. Or perhaps lower the temp and bake a little longer. GREAT TASTING potatoes! Thank you!

Great! Used half real lemon and some of the peel since didn't have the seasoning and sprinkled with pepper. Very easy!!! Baked at 375 for 45 minutes (potatoes diced to 1/2-1 inches with skin on) and then sprinkled with a LITTLE bit of cayanne seasoning for slight kick. Not as crisp as wanted but definitely done. Sauce seeps into potatoes, if you like it, need to make extra or save some because when baking it's all gone.

We love our potatoes, their versatility means that they never have to be boring. This recipe proved that, we all enjoyed them. Nice subtle taste. This is a keeper.

Ooooh, what yummy potatoes. I put all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed them up. That made it easier for me to get the potaotes coated well. Then I put them into the baking dish. I baked at 400 degrees because my oven seems to burn everything. They turned out perfect. I thought the dijon flavor was tangy and sooo delicious. Thanks ChrisMc
