Veggie Cheese Soup

This is some feel good food and you get some veggies to boot.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a medium saucepan combine celery, carrots, onions and chicken broth.
  2. 2
    Heat to boiling reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until veggies are done.
  3. 3
    Combine milk , flour, paprika and salt. Stir into chicken broth mixture. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add the cheese - stirring till melted.
  4. 4
    If you want a smooth soup blend the veggies before adding other ingredients.
