Love how easy this was to make. The texture not quite what I expected but had a good garlic flavor. Going to give this one another try using less oil.

Loved this! Sometimes I find similar sauces a little rich but the potato base blended beautifully and added a little bit of substance while still retaining a nice, light and creamy texture. It went great with roast chicken and a salad.
