This shortbread is SO GOOD and so simple to make. Melt in your mouth, buttery, crumbly goodness

SERVES 12 , 24 biscuits (change servings and units)

    Have butter at room temperature.

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy/creamy.
  3. 3
    Stir insifted flours in two batches.
  4. 4
    Turn on ligtly floured surface. Knead lightly until smooth.
  5. 5
    Roll into ballsplace on greased trays and bake in a SLOW oven for 20-30 minutes.
