Good served with buttery crackers. Can easily be doubled.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix together cream cheese,onion,tabasco sauce,and salt.
  2. 2
    Add tuna,olives,half of the cheddar cheese and half of the parsley.
  3. 3
    Shape into a ball.
  4. 4
    Combine the rest of the cheddar and parsley and roll the cheese ball in the mixture.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  6. 6
    Serve with crackers.
