Just a basic black bean recipe

    Soak beans over night and drain.

    add water, onion, cumin garlic and garlic.

    cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and toss in the pot.

    Set the whole thing on the stove between medium and low and cook for several hours or until beans are done.
