RECIPE BY: hokiegal

I sometimes make a crust in a 13x9 pan and serve squares. This looks nice to serve to company and no-one knows how easy it is.Cook time includes chill time.

Very good! Like eating a strawberry flavored cloud, it's the easiest pie I have ever made. I made one pie using a pastry crust, 4 oz "lite" Cool Whip, 12 oz "fat free" strawberry yogurt and 1 cup of cut up strawberries. You could even skip the crust and serve this in parfait glasses !
