A lovely, simple dish that delivers. I used light sour cream and no butter and sprinkled with chives. Can you get any easier? I used tiny Yukon Golds and halved them. This is truly a company worthy side but simple enough for week night suppers. Be sure to add some salt to the cooking water as it says. The potatoes don't absorb a lot but it adds enough so that there is no need to add any more. Thanks Marra for a winner. :D

WOW! DH loved it more than me, but what a simple, wonderful potato dish. I used garden chives for added freshness and full-fat sour cream. Plain yogurt and mint would be awesome here too! made for Daffy Daffodils ZWT4

We really enjoyed these as a side dish tonite. I did cut the potatoes in half before adding the sour cream insteading of leaving them whole. Also, I seasoned with garlic, parsley, chives, and bacon bits. We'll make this one again. Very simple and easy to make and tasty too! Made for ZWT4.
