I scaled this to 2 serves and it was the star of this mornings breakfast for the DM and myself with thick slices of buttered wholegrain toast and a rasher of crispy bacon on the side. This is the first time I have used caraway seeds and they added a real WOW factor to this dish. Nice and easy to make to boot. A definite keeper. Thank you Um Safia, made for ZAAR Chef Alphabet Soup game.

Yum! I would've liked them a bit bigger sliced, maybe quartered, so they stay a bit firmer. The smell and flavor is really good. Added a bit hot paprika because i like my mushrooms a little spicy. Made for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers, ZWT4

My husband absolutely devoured this at dinner tonight. This is a perfect example of how simplicity lets good ingredients shine through. I used a mixture of half white button mushrooms and half morels. Delicious! Thanks, Um Safia.

These were pretty good. We added a little lemon at the table for a little more zip. They cooked up beautifully (and smelled fab!) Made for ZWT4
