From the Charlotte Cookbook 1969.

SERVES 8 -10 , 40 -50 appetizers (change servings and units)

    mix cheese, margarine, and yolk together until fluffy.
  2. 2
    With a biscut cutter or bottle cap about the size of a 50 cent piece, cut out rounds from bread without crust. spread mixture on rounds and lightly sprinkle with paprika.

    Place under broiler for a few minutes, unitl bubbly and brown.
