We make these whenever we go camping. Tastes great and the kids just love them.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place the potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 20"x20"); dot with butter.
  2. 2
    Combine the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.
  3. 3
    Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth.
  4. 4
    Seal the foil tightly.
  5. 5
    Grill, covered, over medium heat for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

    I made this over the campfire to go with campfire sticy chicken..I did double the cheese and forgot the onions,but they were good without them...I will make these again on future camping trips..Thank U for the recipe..

    I did not have the luxury of a campfire, so I lined a baking dish with foil and baked in the oven. Other than that, I prepared these as directed in the recipe. I did find that I had to cook them a little longer, but that was no problem. The potatoes and onions turned out moist and tender! This is quick to prepare and turns out very good!

    These were excellent grilled potatoes!! I left out the onions(family preference) and added 1 cup extra cheese. Were perfectly done at 40 min. Next time will top with sour cream and bac bits. Sooo easy! Thanks for this time saver.
