Frenchy Oniony Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 large red onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 cup beef stock
• 1/3 lb roast beef
• 1/2 cup red wine
• salt and pepper
• bread (the thicker, the better)

Directions

   Thinly slice the whole onion, and rip the roast beef into 1-2 inch parts, cut.
