It is a easy,old fashion Rice Pudding Recipe. Had it a lot growing up.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Separate Eggs.
  2. 2
    Beat Yolks.
  3. 3
    In a baking dash add Yolks-Sugar-Salt-Milk-Vanilla.
  4. 4
    And Rice.
  5. 5
    Stiffly beat egg whites and fold into the mixture.
  6. 6
    Bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
