Green Curry Paste

I needed a green curry paste for a recipe that I was making and this is what I came up with. I do not know for sure if it is what you would call authentic, but it will work in a pinch if you are like me and can not find it on the shelf of you grocery store.

SERVES 6 , 6 1/2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Roast chilies over high heat until they just start to turn brown.

    Add all ingredients to blender and puree on high.
  3. 3
    You may need to add more or less water to get the consistency that you prefer.
  4. 4
    Use in any recipe.
