I made this the other day for my sick husband. He ate it all in 2 sittings and declared it 5 stars. I too omitted the dill and added Montreal Chicken seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

This was very good and very quick. I omitted the carrots and used a little poultry seasoning, salt and garlic powder instead of dill. I also sauted the onions and celery in olive oil before adding them to the rest of the ingredients.

This was good, quick, and easy! I put everything but the noodles in the pot and let it simmer for about 10 minutes before adding the noodles, so the veggies would get softer. We will be making this again--thanks for posting!

Very good soup. Husband and daughter raved about it. I steamed the carrots for about 10 minutes before adding to the pot so they'd be good and soft. Also sauted the onions and celery in olive oil until soft before adding. Very easy to prepare and a great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey. I used turkey this time since that's what I had.
