Carrot Casserole

A nice change of pace, something a little difference. Really, what vegetable doesn't love a cheese sauce?

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Melt butter.
  2. 2
    Add onion, flour and seasonings and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk. Stir over medium heat until thickened.

    Arrange half of carrots in bottom of 2-1/2 qt casserole. Add cheese slices.

    Top with remaining carrots.

    Pour sauce over all.

    Top with buttered.

    bread crumbs.

    Bake at 375 for 30 minute.
