So simple yet sooo delicious! You have to try this! Please tell me how you liked it, I love getting feedback.

SERVES 6 -8 , 8 cups (approx.) (change servings and units)

    In a large pot on medium-high heat, sauté vegetables and garlic in oil.

    Once the onion starts to soften, add the water and bouillon.
  3. 3
    Bring the soup to a boil, then add the pasta.
  4. 4
    Simmer on medium-low heat 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender.

    Remove from heat and add parsley, nutmeg and pepper.
  6. 6
    Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
