Delicious green goodness...great balance of fruit to green (for green smoothies it is recommended about 60/40...I may have upped the kale&mint a bit in mine... just did it to taste {??}&eye using one nanna and maybe extra mango...2 cups of H2O later and I had a full blender of beautiful green yumminess...love the way the frozen mango gave it chilled texture and body...greenies are now joining my life as part of my daily diet and I LOVE any recipes to help me keep shaking it up
