Eggless Pancakes

Delicious, moist whole grain pancakes for the egg-free family!

SERVES 3 -4 , 12 pancakes (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix together dry ingredients.

    In another bowl, mix milk, yogurt, vanilla, and oil.

    Put the 2 bowls together, and stir just enough to moisten.

    Stir in cooked oatmeal.

    Fold in berries (if desired). (You can use frozen berries, just defrost them first.).

    Cook on a medium-high griddle, with butter.
