I like to make these for my family on the weekends. I serve them with fresh fruit and wheat toast.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Spread cheese in buttered 9x13 inch baking dish.

    Dot with butter.
  3. 3
    Combine cream,mustard,salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    Pour half of the cream mixture over cheese.
  5. 5
    Pour eggs into baking dish.
  6. 6
    Add rest of cream mixture.
  7. 7
    Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes,or until set.
