An elegant dessert to finish off an elegant meal. Chill time not included.
SERVES 4
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup red wine
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- whipped cream, garnish
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin into water in a small bowl.2
Add sugar and salt.3
Heat wine and pour into gelatin.4
Stir until solids are dissolved.5
Add orange juice and lemon juice.6
Pour into 4 stemmed glasses.7
Chill until firm.8
Top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
