Parongah was invented by yours truly. If you like savory dishes, this one's for you.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until eggs are all frothy.

    Fry on a pan for 5 minutes.

    Flip over and fry for 3 minutes.

    Sprinkle chedder cheese on top.

    Fold in half.

    Serve hot.
