Suitable for low carb, diabetic and even everybody else (who will be surprised how delicious this is!)

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

    Mix everything except tofu together until it is mixed well.

    Gently fold in tofu until it is coated.

    Chill 1-2 hours before serving.
