The nutmeg and orange juice is a nice combo for these carrots. I added the zest of the orange to give it more zip. If you'd like to know 6 cups of carrots is around 2 pounds. I also made my glaze a little thicker by adding 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon more starch. Made for the Recipe Swap 17 game 2008 in the Aussie/NZ forum. Our group was Erica Group 8
