A lolely tasty lunch, I served on oregano bread rather than muffins and used bacon, I love the tang of the mayo with the bacon. Thanks Lainey!

As a quick snack these are a nice little treat. I spread the muffins with a little tomato puree before adding the other ingrediants. I forgot to toast my muffins before putting on the ingrediants and I think they would have been better if I had, will remember to do that next time

What a great and easy to make breakfast this made. I followed the directions except added some sliced red onion and a little salt and pepper. Very filling. This makes 2 servings for me. Thanks Lainey.
