SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Steam broccoli for 10 minutes.

    Place in 2qt casserole.
  3. 3
    Add chicken.
  4. 4
    Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  5. 5
    Pour over chicken.
  6. 6
    Mix butter and crackers.
  7. 7
    Sprinkle on top of casserole.
  8. 8
    Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 25 minutes.

My family loved this dinner, I used cream of mushroom and instead of crackers I used Stove Top Stuffing with added stuffing ingredients - We loved the flavors that burst from this recipe...Thanks for sharing

    This was easy to put together. You would not think one teaspoon of lemon juice would make any difference in a recipe. But it added a nice zesty taste to this casserole. Thanks for sharing.

    Very good flavor from a quick and simple recipe. I used the meat from 4 chicken thighs and cream of chicken & mushroom soup. I thought the mayo flavor was a little strong, so I might cut it down a bit next time.
