Love this on Arugula or just a tossed salad! Nice in the summer.

SERVES 6 , 6 salads (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a small bowl combine first six ingredients.

    Gradually whisk in olive oil until well blended.
  3. 3
    Stir in shallots.
  4. 4
    Drizzle over salad and toss to coat and serve immediately if serving salad.

    I like to let the flavours marry overnight for a stronger flavour.
