easy and excellent recipe. I've made oven brown rice before and found that I'd end up having to cook it for nearly two hours. This recipe is wonderful, no mistakes. This will be the staple way I cook Brown Rice from now on.

I tried this recipe last week after seeing Alton Brown make it. It really does turn out perfect. You wouldn't even know it was brown rice. I have never been a fan of brown rice until I tried this recipe.
