Cheese and Zucchini Pie

Great breakfast or brunch dish!

SERVES 4 -6 , 1 pie (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix cheese, zucchini, bisquik, oil, parsley and mushrooms together.
  2. 2
    Beat eggs, salt and pepper and mix in other ingredients.
  3. 3
    Pour into 9" pie dish and bake @ 375F for 40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out dry.
  4. 4
    Serve with ham or sausages and Hollandaise sauce.
