Taco Bake

Recipe #30325 | 1¼ hours | 40 min prep | add private note

By: Linda
Jun 4, 2002

this casserole is easily adaptable — use Mexican Blend cheese instead of cheddar, or chopped jalapenos for lots of heat. We prefer it made with the mild chilies. Really good for a church potluck — I always leave with an empty dish.

Excellent, and very easy to make. I didn't have tomato sauce, so used a can of diced tomatoes and some tomato paste. Different twist on taco dishes with the pasta. Yummy! I only cooked half and froze half for later. Served with homemade refried beans and sour cream.

This is so good! I needed a recipe that was fast that I could use my already prepared taco meat (basicaly, just the pound of ground beef with the taco seasonings). I followed everything to a T except for the type of noodles I used- I used mini lasagna. I love it! Thank you so much for posting!
