Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 7 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups cold water
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2
Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl; combine well.3
Pour into greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan.4
Bake for 20-25 minutes.5
Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.6
Cool completely before frosting.
