Teriyaki Shrimp Skewers

I cooked these on the stovetop grill. Cook time is marinate time.

Ingredients

  • lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 green onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunk
  • Directions

      Mix teriyaki sauce, green onions, garlic cloves in container in fridge.

      Add shrimp, marinate 2 hours or more.
    3. 3
      Skewer shrimp with pineapple chunks.
    4. 4
      Grill on each side 3-4 minutes.
