A crisp, Spring and Summer drink using Cachaca (a Brazilian brandy made with sugar cane - yummy!) from RR.

Ingredients

  • 2 lime wedge
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • cracked ice
  • 1/4 cup cachaca (a Brazilian brandy made with sugar cane)

    • Directions

      In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime wedges, sugar and hibiscu; muddle with a wooden spoon.
    2. 2
      Fill halfway with cracked ice.
    3. 3
      Add the Cachaca and shake for 15 seconds.
    4. 4
      Strain the mixture into a cordial glass.
    5. 5
      Enjoy! ;).
