Preheat oven to 450 degrees.2
Combine flours, cheese, baking powder, and pepper in a medium bowl.3
Add water and oil; stir until dough forms.4
Turn dough out onto a floured surface;knead lightly 4 or 5 times.5
Divide dough into 18 equal portions, shaping each portion into 8-inch ropes.6
Place ropes on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.7
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.8
Remove from oven; cool on a wire rack.
