Hummus

Mediterranean style dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
  • tablespoons sesame seed
  • tablespoons bottled garlic (minced)
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Directions

      Grind sesame seeds.
    2. 2
      Drain and mash chick peas. (ie. food processor, blender).
    3. 3
      Mix or blend all ingredients together.
    4. 4
      You can add chick pea liquid back in for desired consistency.
