Tibetan Vegetarian Cabbage Stir-Fry (Logo Petse_

Recipe #302323 | 25 min | 15 min prep | SERVES 3 (Change Servings)

RECIPE BY: lynnski / LA

This is a meatless version of the traditional Logo Petse, as it is served at the Lhasa Moon, a Tibetan Restaurant, located in San Francisco. There are more than a thousand Tibetans living in exile in the bay area. One cooking note, use the standard head cabbage, which is the type grown in Tibet, for this recipe.
