This is an exceptionally moist rum cake. The flavor is amazing. If you've ever been to the Caribbean or the Cayman's, you know rum cake is everywhere there... I glaze this cake several times because I like a lot of rum flavor, but you MUST GLAZE THE CAKE WHILE IT IS STILL WARM...
