I made this a few days ago & the whole family liked it, including my 9 yr.old picky eater. Forgot to drizzle the melted butter but all was still yummy & fast & easy to make. Thanks!

This was very nice and very easy to make. I halved the recipe but doubled the breading as it didn't seem to be enough. I also drizzled a bit of olive oil over the chicken rather than the butter. It cooked in less than 40 minutes and was very tender. The kids gobbled it up and it made a great alternative to frying.

This is a delicious way to oven fry chicken. Very moist and tender. Made for A TASTE OF YELLOW--liveSTRONG event.
