Lazy Banana Flambe

so,you like banana? you want them flambe? ill give you flambe. this takes less than five mins and you can get rid of the lingering bananas that you have around the house before they go bad. you don't need any fancy chief tools either which is good. i was fiddlin' around in the kitchen today and this is what i came up with.

    1. Heat up your pan nice and hot and coat with cooking spray.

    2.Add bananas and vanilla extract.

    3. Heat until the bananas are light brown

    4. Add cayenne pepper and honey.

    Its wonderful served with vanilla ice cream!
