A yummy, creamy drink found in Company's Coming Greatest Hits Mexican. For a virgin variation of this drink, omit the vodka and add an extra 3 tbsp pineapple juice.

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 2 tablespoons thick coconut milk or coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice

      Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

    Sweet drink that reminds me of a Pina Colada. This would make a great drink for the pool or summer months. Made for Beverage Tag.
