Oven Fried Potatoes With Blue Cheese

This recipe is based on a dish I had in Columbia South Carolina. Crisp oven fried potatoes with melted chunks of blue cheese. A good quality Blue Cheese really makes the dish.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Coat the potatoes with Olive Oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. 2
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
  3. 3
    Put in serving bowl and immediately top with Blue Cheese. Garnish with fresh chopped chives.
