3 Step No Bake Almond Cookies

This healthy and delicious recipe I got from a lady at my church, their a hit, everytime I make them.

Ingredients

  • cups almond (ground up)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • coconut
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Grind Almonds in a blender, pour in a bowl.
    2. 2
      mix in enough honey to make a sticky dough and form into balls
    3. 3
      roll in coconut. (optional) I sprinkle in coconut in my mixture
    4. 4
      chill.
