Crunchy breakfast

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 250.

    Mix oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon.

    Add maple syrup, water.
  4. 4
    Stir until well mixed.
  5. 5
    Spread evenly on baking sheet.

    Bake 1 hour, stiring every 15 minutes.

    Allow to cool slightly.

    Put in mixing bowl.
  9. 9
    Add dates, stir.

    Return to baking sheet, allow to finish cooling.

    Store in air-tight container.
