Peppered Pork Loin

This is a recipe that I found when trying to figure out what to do with our average pork roast.... This is wonderful with mashed potatoes and gravy and fresh corn.....

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Rub all surfaces of roast(s) with seasoned pepper.
  2. 2
    Place pork in shallow roasting pan and roast in 350*F. oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, until internal temperature (measured with a meat thermometer) reads 150-155*F.
  3. 3
    Remove from oven and allow roast to rest for 10 minutes.
  4. 4
    Slice and serve.

This was good and very easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I cooked this on the grill. Ate this for dinner one night and used the leftovers in Caesar Sandwich.

    3 Stars, very nice, but directions should instruct to turn over midway through cooking. Prepared 2-lb. wild boar loin using garlic pepper. It took 1 3/4 hr for 2 pounds. Served with 2 colorful and delicious sides: Awesome Marinated Sweet Potato Salad #76877 and Zucchini and Red Pepper Salad #307716. Made for Please Review My Recipe.
