Any fruit can be subbed here in this terrific winter pud - adapted from a Family Circle recipe found in a 1999 edition

Pre heat oven 180 C.2
Lightly grease 6 cup ovenproof dish.3
Place flour, custard powder, sugar,butter,milk,eggs and vanilla into food processor.4
Process till mixture is creamy.5
Place drained plums in base of dish.6
Pour batter over fruit.7
Bake 50 minutes until skewer comes out clean.8
Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
