Roasted Asparagus With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 40 asparagus spears, trimmed (about 2 pounds)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2
Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.3
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.4
Bake for 12 minutes or until tender.5
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally.6
Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.7
Drizzle over asparagus, tossing well to coat.
