Pan Seared Scallops

I serve thes scallops over spicy sesame noodles Spicy Sesame Noodles, I use rice noodles though. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • tablespoon butter
  • lb scallops
  • 1 (4 ounce) can of mild diced chile, drained
  • 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnut, sliced and drained
  • teaspoon sweet chili sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Directions

      melt butter and add scallops.
    2. 2
      season with salt and pepper.
    3. 3
      sear the scallops for a few minutes.
    4. 4
      then add the rest of the ingredients.

      saute until done.
